Sicilian Style Pizza Sauce
A sauce made with olive oil and fresh parsley.
Yield:
1 gallon
Ingredients
2 - #10 can Bella Rossa Pizza Sauce with Basil
1 - #10 can Bella Rossa Diced Tomatoes in Juice
½ - #10 can Water
0.75 oz. Dry leaf oregano
2 oz. Black pepper, 32 mesh
2 oz. Granulated garlic
2 oz. Salt
2 oz. Sugar
1 cup Olive oil
0.75 oz. Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preparation Steps
- Combine all the ingredients in a 5 gallon bucket and mix well.
- Cover with the lid and place in the refrigerator until needed.
