Pizza de Mare

Shrimp, scallops, artichoke hearts, cured olives, roasted garlic and mozzarella.

Ingredients

1 whole 12″ Pizza crust, pre-baked
6 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
1½ oz. Shrimp, bay, cooked
1½ oz. Scallops, bay 60/80 count, cooked
1 oz. Artichoke hearts, chopped
½ oz. Cured olives, pitted and sliced
½ oz. Roasted garlic, sliced

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Place pizza crust on work surface and evenly coat with Sicilian Style Pizza Sauce to within ¼″ of edge.
  • Top pizza with cheese, shrimp, scallops, artichokes, olives and garlic, sprinkling evenly over surface. 
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 425° F until completely hot.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.
