Classic pizza sauce with an addition of basil, oregano, garlic and ground fennel seed.

Ingredients

3 - #10 cans Bella Rossa Heavy 1.07 Tomato Puree 
3 - #10 cans 6 in 1 All-purpose Ground Tomatoes 
½ oz. Leaf basil
½ oz. Leaf oregano
1½ oz. Black pepper
2 oz. Granulated garlic
4 oz. Salt
¼ oz. Ground fennel seed
5 oz. Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in large mixing bucket and place in cooler for 12 hours before using.
