Greek Pizza

Baby spinach, red onion, feta and mozzarella.
1 - 12″ pizza


1 whole 12″ Dough, crust
½ oz. Olive oil
½ oz. Fresh garlic, chopped
6 slices Pre-cooked gyro meat
6 slices Roma tomatoes
6 oz. Spinach, chopped
3 oz. Red onions, sliced
2 oz. Black olives, sliced
2½ oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
dash Dried oregano


Preparation Steps
  • Start with your own fresh dough or crust and brush with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle garlic over surface of crust.
  • Arrange sliced gyro meat on crust.
  • Arrange sliced Roma tomatoes on crust.
  • Arrange spinach, onions, olives and feta cheese on top of tomatoes.
  • Evenly spread mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Garnish with a dash of oregano.
  • Bake in pizza oven until crust is golden brown.
