Ingredients
1 whole 12″ Pizza crust, pre-baked
6 oz. Allegro Classica Italian Sauce
6 oz. Jack cheese, shredded
1½ oz. Blackened chicken, diced ½″
1½ oz. Andouille sausage, cooked, sliced ¼″
1 oz. Green peppers, julienne
1 oz. Onions, julienne
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place pizza crust on work surface and evenly coat with
Classic Italian Sauce
to within ¼″ of edge.
Top pizza with cheese, chicken, sausage, peppers and onions, sprinkling evenly over surface.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 425° F until completely hot.
Cut into wedges and serve.
