Ingredients

1 whole 12″ Pizza crust, pre-baked
6 oz. Allegro Classica Italian Sauce
6 oz. Jack cheese, shredded
1½ oz. Blackened chicken, diced ½″
1½ oz. Andouille sausage, cooked, sliced ¼″
1 oz. Green peppers, julienne
1 oz. Onions, julienne

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Top pizza with cheese, chicken, sausage, peppers and onions, sprinkling evenly over surface.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 425° F until completely hot.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.
