Bella Rossa® Diced Tomatoes are another convenient form of peeled, vine-ripened fresh tomatoes from Escalon. Diced fresh and packed in their own juice to maintain true tomato flavor, this multi-purpose product is perfect for specialty soups and salsas.

We start with fresh, vine-ripened, organic tomatoes, peel them using only natural steam, dice them into 3/4" cubes, and finally, pack them in their own natural juice for true, fresh tomato flavor. Our organic, diced tomatoes provide the perfect texture for your recipes that call for large pieces of tomatoes.

This tomato product can be utilized by the end-user that is looking for more piece particulate in their finished salsa or sauce than chopped tomatoes. This product can be extended with water to match the consistency of a whole peeled tomato product.
