Classic pizza sauce with an addition of basil, oregano, garlic and ground fennel seed.

Ingredients
  • 3 - #10 cans Bella Rossa Heavy 1.07 Tomato Puree 
  • 3 - #10 cans 6 in 1 All-purpose Ground Tomatoes 
  • ½ oz. Leaf basil
  • ½ oz. Leaf oregano
  • 1½ oz. Black pepper
  • 2 oz. Granulated garlic
  • 4 oz. Salt
  • ¼ oz. Ground fennel seed
  • 5 oz. Extra-virgin olive oil
Directions

Blend all ingredients in large mixing bucket and place in cooler for 12 hours before using.
