Bella Rossa Concentrated Crushed Tomatoes are very similar to our Bontá concentrated crushed tomatoes, except somewhat lighter in consistency with fewer tomato solids.

Bella Rossa 1.07 and 1.08 Extra Heavy Purées offer the same sweet flavor and silky smooth texture as Bontá purée with a slightly thinner consistency. Our fine mesh screen removes all the skins and seeds from Bella Rossa purées for that satiny touch found in southern Italian kitchens. Our purées are the perfect base for sauces, vegetable dishes, sausage sandwiches and virtually any other application which calls for a lighter red sauce.
